We need some direction!We are two adults in our mid forties Who found a "second chance". J. and I have-been dating for 2 years. We-have Decided That We Would like to Spend the rest of our lives together, HOWEVER. . . We Both-have children in college and getting married Would ruin our chances of financial aid.
Looking to the future, Having Dealt with our older relatives outcomes with respect to medical benefits and prescription plans we See That wedding is definitely a detriment into retirement.
Now for the question. We Both value marriage - We Were Each Roughly married for 20 years the first time. We-have-been apart from our respective spouses 5-6 years
We Would like to have a Meaningful ceremony To Become married in the eyes of God (not the. state) and to Make That special commitment before moving in together.
Do you have Any suggestions? Would Likely be clergy to perform Such a ceremony?
We both "lost our churches in the divorce." Why might you ask-have we not found a new church? J. started His own business has year before His divorce and HAS struggled with the sluggish economy, and I have-been going to school full time in addition to working full time for the past two years to Attain the bachelor's degree I shoulds-have gotten years ago .
Where can we turn for advice and direction. We-have-been running two Households for far too long and Would like to move in together after-J's son graduates high school in June.
